DECISIONS

Cottage decisions will be made by the Residence Life staff on the basis of class standing and evidence of commitment to community and, if necessary, by random selection among eligible groups.Cottage decisions will be emailed to all applicants by March 25.

CANCELLATION FEE

A $150 cancellation fee applies if you reserve an apartment or other on-campus housing and cancel it to live OFF-campus or withdraw from Westmont, or if your apartment or other on-campus housing reservation is cancelled by Housing because you fail to register for fall classes by May 1. In addition, students will only be refunded the percentage indicated in the College Catalog if the room is cancelled after August 1.
