Apartments will be granted on the basis of total units among the group members. Groups will be notified by March 25 whether they qualify to select an apartment. At least one member of the group should attend the Ocean View Apartment Selection Night on Monday, March 31, 10 p.m. to select the apartment.

A $150 cancellation fee applies if you reserve an apartment or other on-campus housing and cancel it to live OFF-campus or withdraw from Westmont, or if your apartment or other on-campus housing reservation is cancelled by Housing because you fail to register for fall classes by May 1.  In addition, students will only be refunded the percentage indicated in the College Catalog if the room is cancelled after August 1.
