Audio recordings will be placed on the Westmont Web site at the discretion of the Public Affairs office. In order to have your event considered for posting on the Web site please consider the following.
- The event should have an audience that would benefit from the recording
- There must be a demonstrated or anticipated demand for the content of the recording
- There must a plan in place to make people aware that the recording is online and also give specific reference to the recording’s location (i.e. providing the URL through e-mail, traditional mail and other publications)
If all of these criteria are met then it is likely the event will be approved for distribution on the Westmont Web site.
